Business Owner of BodyWise
From Vision to Reality
Erin Dietz, is a dedicated massage therapist and business owner. First and foremost, Erin is a proud mother to two children, Tayton, 15, and Tessa, 13. Erin’s kids lost their father to suicide in October of 2016. What started as a conversation between Erin and Tayton about Tayton’s father and how Tayton was feeling, turned into a plan to help people who did not have access to basic life needs. Tayton profoundly stated, “I just want to go to Africa and feed starving kids.” In that moment Erin decided that she and her son would travel to Africa and do just that. What better way is there to heal than to take a look at the big picture and turn this tragedy into a driving force of purpose? Erin will talk about their healing journey; what they saw, felt and experienced. Suicide has touched many of our lives. Survivors are left with so many different emotions. Hear what one family did to ensure that losing their loved one would lead to a life of purpose rather than a life engulfed in sorrow.

Dr. LaChelle Wieme
Doctor of Anesthesia Practice, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, professor, nationally recognized public speaker, and virtual franchise owner with Rodan + Fields, Dermatology
As a self-proclaimed “personal growth junky”, Dr. Wieme has noticed one common thread that links every single growth and leadership book or podcast she has come across over the years. Whether you call it personal accountability, personal responsibility, or simple making no excuses – the concept is the same. When we refuse to fall victim to our circumstances but rather choose to own what we can control within them, the future is ours! What is it that you need to see, own, or do to rise to your potential? YOU have the power!
In addition to encouraging others to create the life they want through personal accountability, she empowers others through a partnership with North America’s #1 skincare brand, Rodan + Fields. Inspired by her own journey of self-assurance by way of her own skin transformation, Dr. Wieme understands the power of self-confidence and how it can propel one to change the world around them. She also uses her expertise as a coach to assist others on their journey of business ownership by mentoring others as they start their own virtual franchise with Rodan + Fields. By building confidence inside and out, encouraging one to expand outside her comfort zone and take risks in faith, as well as hold oneself accountable for her circumstances, Dr. Wieme is changing lives one women at a time.
Nicole L. Czarnomski
The Whispering Pen, LLC.
I was a closet writer for most of my life, allowing secret journals to collect dust in storage bins. I documented joys and sorrows and even apathy. In 2011, I met an editor of a local magazine who gave me the opportunity to write an article for publication. From that point, I met more editors and began writing for several local magazines and newspapers. In 2017, my life changed forever with a breast cancer diagnosis. I took this opportunity to reunite with journaling. I rediscovered why I had kept a journal for so many years. Catharsis. Writing kept my thoughts positive and full of gratitude. I took the collection of journal entries from this period of time and wrote my first memoir, The Journey of My Jugs, a terrifying, raw, and side-splitting tale my breast cancer journey.
